ECHOES Data Deletion
ECHOES has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. Almost everything the game saves stays on your own device.
The only data stored on our servers is a friend challenge you chose to share (your echo paths and the optional nickname you typed) and your leaderboard entries (an anonymous player ID, your leaderboard nickname and your scores).
Delete a shared challenge (stored on our servers)
- Find the challenge link you shared. It looks like
qazidevs-echoes.web.app/c/Je0L7ULeW. - Email that link to us with the subject "Delete my ECHOES data".
- We delete the challenge and its nickname within 30 days and reply to confirm. After that, the link stops working for everyone.
If you no longer have the link, tell us roughly when you shared it and the nickname you used, and we'll do our best to find it.
Delete your leaderboard entries
- In the app, open 🏆 Trophies → Leaderboards and tap Remove my scores. Your entries are deleted right away and no new scores are posted.
- Or email us your leaderboard nickname with the subject "Delete my ECHOES data", and we delete your entries within 30 days.
Delete data on your device
- Android app: uninstall ECHOES, or go to Settings → Apps → ECHOES → Storage → Clear data. This removes your scores, ★ total, unlocked skins and weathers, settings and Daily Drop results.
- Web version: clear this site's data in your browser settings.
Data we never keep
- Location (only used if you turn on Live weather): rounded to about 1 km on your device and sent straight to the weather service. We never receive or store it, so there is nothing to delete.
- No email addresses, phone numbers, advertising IDs or analytics data are collected.
